Uniform Policy

Our school colours are red and grey.  The required uniform is as follows:

  • red sweatshirt / cardigan;
  • white polo shirt / shirt / blouse;
  • grey trousers / skirt / pinafore;
  • sensible plain black shoes.

The school logo is optional and items can be ordered here Elizabeth's Embroidery They offer 3 methods of delivery: 1) free collection from store 2) £1 delivery to school 3) £7.50 DPD delivery to home. You can visit their store in Stockton (Elizabeth's Embroidery, Wellington Square Shopping Centre, Stockton on Tees, TS18 1NA) for a fitting, or you can order online if you know the sizes you require.

PE kit is as follows:

  • plain red t-shirt;
  • plain black shorts / tracksuit bottoms / leggings;
  • swimming costume / trunks (applicable to children in years 3 to 6 only).

Please ensure that all uniform is clearly labelled with your child's name.

Permitted jewellery includes one pair of plain stud earrings (no other piercings are permitted) and a smart, sensible wrist watch (smart watches are not permitted) only.

Pupils should use an appropriately sized, waterproof bag.

The school reserves the right to make a judgement on whether a pupil's hairstyle or hair colour is inappropriate for the school environment. However we will ensure that any such judgements do not discriminate against any pupil by virtue of their protected characteristics. The following hairstyles are not considered appropriate for school:

  • dyed hair;
  • extreme hairstyles eg. lines or shapes cut into hair;
  • headwear with bold patterns or colours;
  • excessive hair accessories.

No makeup, false nails, nail varnish or temporary tattoos are permitted in school.
