Good Luck to Our Trust Virtues Awards Finalists
Everyone at Sacred Heart is incredibly proud of Brian and Laura, who have been named finalists in the Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust Virtues Awards 2026. Brian and Laura will be attending the awards ceremony, having been recognised for their dedication, commitment and the positive contribution they make to our school community. Their hard work, support and willingness to go above and beyond reflect the values we strive to uphold at Sacred Heart every day.
Hate Awareness Week at Sacred Heart
As part of Hate Awareness Week, we were delighted to welcome PC Coggins to school to help our pupils explore the important themes of kindness, respect and inclusion. During the day, PC Coggins delivered engaging and informative assemblies to both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils. Through discussions and activities, the children developed their understanding of how their words and actions can have a positive impact on others and the importance of treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Year 6 Rugby Team Represent the School with Pride
A huge well done to our Year 6 Rugby Team, who recently took part in a town rugby tournament. The boys demonstrated fantastic enthusiasm, determination and teamwork throughout the competition, giving their best in every match and representing the school brilliantly. Their positive attitude and effort were a credit to themselves and to our school community.
