We are incredibly proud to announce that the Sacred Heart Girls’ U11 football team have been crowned North Champions in the NLT Road to Wembley tournament—an outstanding achievement!
The team will now go on to compete in the National Final at Wembley Stadium on 10th May, marking a truly special moment for the school. Their journey to this stage has been defined by determination, resilience and teamwork, with the girls giving their all in every round of the competition.
This success is even more significant as it is the first time in 26 years that a primary school has represented Hartlepool at this stage of the tournament—making this a historic achievement for both the school and the local community.
We are so proud of every player involved and know that they will represent Sacred Heart with pride on the national stage. We are sure you will join us in wishing them every success for the final!
As the team prepares for this incredible experience, we are also welcoming donations to support the players and their families with the costs associated with the trip. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
